This website is operated by Daniel Grau, an independent underwater photographer and web professional based in Spain. You can get in touch through the contact channels published on the site.
2. Purpose of the site
Abyssal Photo Edit provides a free online tool for editing underwater photographs and video clips. All image and video processing takes place locally in your browser. Files are not uploaded to, stored on or analysed by any server.
3. Conditions of use
Use of the editor is free and requires no registration. By using it you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this notice.
- Hold the rights to any image or video you edit, or have permission from the rights holder.
- Refrain from any action that could damage, overload or impair the normal operation of the site.
4. Intellectual property
The photographs and videos you edit remain entirely yours. The operator of this site acquires no rights whatsoever over your files, does not receive copies of them and cannot access them, because they never leave your device.
The source code, design, presets, texts and graphic elements of the site belong to their author and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is offered as is, with no warranty of uninterrupted availability or of any particular result. The operator accepts no liability for loss of files, for results obtained from the editing process, or for any browser or device incompatibility.
You are strongly advised to keep your original files. Any correction applied to an exported copy is irreversible.
