Your photographs never leave your device. All editing happens inside your browser. No image or video is uploaded to a server, stored or analysed at any point.
This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Controller
The controller of any data processed through this site is Daniel Grau, operating from Spain under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
2. What we do not process
This deserves its own section, because it is the most important part:
- The photos and videos you edit are never transmitted anywhere. They are read into your browser's memory, processed on your own device and discarded when you close the tab.
- No account, email address or personal identifier is requested to use the editor.
- No file, whether original or edited, is stored on any server.
3. What we do process
If, and only if, you accept analytics cookies, aggregated usage data is collected through Google Analytics 4: pages visited, traffic source, approximate location at country level, device type and general interactions with the editor such as downloading a result.
IP anonymisation is enabled. This data is used solely to understand which tools are useful and to improve the editor. It is never used for advertising or profiling.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for analytics processing is your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time by clearing the site's stored data in your browser.
5. Retention
Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics 4, which does not exceed fourteen months for user-level data. Aggregated reports may be kept for longer, as they no longer identify anyone.
6. Recipients and transfers
The only third-party processor is Google, as the provider of Google Analytics 4. The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from a Google server. International transfers rely on the safeguards provided by that supplier.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. Because no personal identifier is collected, exercising these rights over analytics data will generally require you to provide additional information for identification.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
8. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or to applicable law. The date at the top of this page always indicates the current version.
